Occupational Disability Rider, Chemicals Industry (BUC)

Employer-financed occupational disability rider for all InfraServ Knapsack employees with the following benefits:

  • Pension in case of occupational disability EUR 555.00 (monthly)
  • Death benefit: EUR 6,660.00 (one-off payment).

Option to top up the occupational disability rider through deferred compensation by employee with the following benefits:

  • Pension in case of occupational disability EUR 1,000.00 (monthly)
  • Death benefit: EUR 12,000.00 (one-off payment).

Continued payment in case of illness

Six weeks continued payment (statutory), subsequently for up to six months (depending on the duration of continuous company service) adjustment of the difference between gross sick pay and net salary
