An advisor from Fürstenberg Institute has worked as a point of contact outside the company for some years. Ensuring absolute discretion and anonymity, she can help you to tackle and solve problems, including even those that appear unsolvable.

The external employee advisory service can be used in the following situations:

• Professional and workplace-related problems
• Personal, mental and health issues
• Problems with partners or family
• Social or financial difficulties
• Risk of addiction and dependence
• In crisis situations and after stressful events
• If you are simply not doing well or just want to find out information.

In addition to this, we offer you advice and support as part of our family service. This includes finding childminders, home help, nursing staff and care facilities, as well as advice in matters concerning illness and nursing cases, partnership and parenting issues, balancing family and work and so on.
